If I’m being honest, this is probably their favorite part of swim lessons.
It’s been about 4 months since the last post, and here is why. A baby sister arrived! In the same 4 months we’ve also had a job transfer, sold a house and moved halfway across the country. What a ride- but feeling blessed today to have these three fantastic kiddos.
Fireman Ren couldn’t care less about the trucks or amazing equipment we
saw. He was just over the moon about the fireman’s pole! He has become an expert at the playground honing his sliding-down-the -pole skills.
Here’s Fireman Sam at a tour of our local firehouse. He was already an expert on stop, drop, and roll and when the firemen started to talk about it he did an impromptu demonstration!
Then a nor’easter came through and we made good use of the snowy fun!
Next Sandy hit, but our block didn’t let that stop Halloween fun. Here are our two dinosaurs, heading out for their very first trick or treating.
It’s been a while and we’ve had lots of events in the past few months. Here are the boys on their 3rd birthday waiting for a ride on the commuter train which is one of their favorite outings. More pics to come…
My 8 minute $8 fall wreath is complete! Thanks to the Dollar Store, and a little elbow grease, this was a breeze- Take a swimming noodle from summer and duck tape the ends to make a circle. Wrap circle in fall colored ribbon. Twine fake leaf garlands around and pin on small styrofoam gourds. Thanks to tape and pins this can be completely disassembled back into its previous parts when fall
over.
Sand castle or huge sludge pile? Either way lots of fun!
